In Resident Evil Village, Ethan can hunt the local wildlife to collect various types of meat, that can be given to The Duke in exchange for permanent upgrades to his health, defense, and speed.
The animal meat you can find comes in three base types, and can include rarer quality meat used for some of the more powerful upgrades. However, the locations of several types of animals can be missed, and while you only need a certain amount to get every upgrade, it can be easy to miss out on the upgrades early.
In total, you will need the following amounts to get every upgrade from the Duke's Kitchen:
