FrieslandCampina Ingredients (Amersfoort, The Netherlands) launched Deminal 90 Organic, a new organic version of its demineralized whey ingredient for infant formula. It offers an ideal casein to whey ratio while also limiting mineral content. It is made of fresh milk from the company’s own select group of organic dairy farmers.
