Users in the United States and Canada will have access to pricing calculated in real time, along with a personalized dashboard that will provide updates on shipping and logistics. The new site also allows customers to search ingredients by key criteria like application and health benefits, request quotes and samples, track orders, access market insights and discover recommended and related product features.
Evolving needs
The supply chain bottlenecks of 2020 made supply, demand and shipping tracking challenging, prompting many companies to adopt new digital technologies. Prinova’s approach uses live data to track supply and demand, providing them with current purchasing trends.
