You won’t believe the secret ingredient in this tasty treat.
My wife, Kathy, and I love buttermilk but realize many people do not. But who doesn’t love cheesecake? My grandmother would make a special treat as a child, calling it a “cheesecake milkshake.” I think she discovered it by accident, a mistake. Later I found out the two simple ingredients, transforming one of the ingredients that I love but some people find revolting, into a delicious treat.
We drink it now as an occasional refreshing summer treat. We love serving it to others, calling it a “cheesecake milkshake,” to the raves and ahhs as they sip, and then watching their shocked expression of amazement when they find out the two simple ingredients, especially the buttermilk.
It is a fun and easy treat.
